The webliography is compiled on the basis of selected web pages devoted both to genomic studies' general issues (also resources of the world key institutions doing theoretical studies are given) and to the applied works in the field of biomedical technologies (gene diagnostics and gene therapy, transplantology, pharmacology, etc.). In the webliography some special place is occupied by the issues of biosafety, bioethics, biodiversity, etc., and the list of web resources for public discussion of the problem. To have a more integral idea of the biotechnological discourse, the webliography includes addresses with the information on cultural and historical, political and economical aspects of genomic studies. A separate subsection contains writings on art and genetics, art and biomedical technologies, etc.
