The part comprises bio-bibliographical data of the authors participating in the project. The biographies compilation is not conventional, but one complying with the edition objectives. Apart from the general information concerning the date and place of birth, education and artistic activities of each project participant, the biographies also feature the main publications and books, miscellanies in which he/she participated, some recent exhibitions where his/her works were shown, international festivals and conferences, theoretical publications, etc. It should also be taken into consideration that the published participants' biographies do not only have a purely factual significance, but also a general cultural one: while getting acquainted with the participants' biographies one can obtain a general idea of contemporary art and technologies interrelations, the activity goals and tasks, main events and general tendencies. To simplify processing of the information, the overwhelming majority of the titles of books, exhibitions and events are given in the authors' mother tongue. All the authors' bits in the present anthology are composed according to the same principle (in individual cases some data is not included at the authors' request) and given in alphabetical order. All the information was obtained from the authors especially for this edition and is in the exposition part of the archive of the National Centre for Contemporary Art (Kaliningrad Branch, Russia).
